Superhero Kitchen Chicken SatayÂ
Simple Satay Recipe
Ingredients
100g Long stem broccoli
190g Avocado
170g Chicken
45g Peanut butter
170ml Coconut milk
Squeeze of lime
Dried Chili
Ginger
Instructions
– Heat the peanut butter and coconut milk until liquid- add chili, lime and sprinkle of ginger
-Â Grill chicken and boil broccoli
-Â Serve with sliced avocado
